Keeping the Old Bod Running On Sugar with Man Made Chemical Additives Is NOTthe Answer.
This will help you understand the real problem and the simple fix. Will be very clear to you if I do this right.Your ancestors operated with the same model body that you have inherited, and the model is changed and updated every 50,000 years, and not a new one scheduled for some time. This model has stood the test of time and about 30 Billion test studies, and only the successful ones with strong survival capability contributed to the ongoing design. The resulting design is very well designed to survive most everything man encountered in those 2 million years.Sugar was an auxiliary "kick in" in system for emergencies (spurts of escape, fight off etc) (fat converts too slow) and about a days worth stored in the liver. In contrast, about 3 weeks or more worth of operational and survival energy stored in slow release fat and muscle.There was very little sugar available in nature and any food encountered with sugar was a very low level embedded with a lot of slow digesting fiber, it took a long time to eat enough, to store any so often some protein and fat were converted. A typical food with any sugar at all was about 15% sugar and 85% fiber. It would take hours of digestion to store any sugar. Most of the year it was not even available.The fruit in the summer time was Fructose, a different sugar handled differently, and fruit in your ancestors day (even turn of the last century) was only about a third or less of sugar content that bred up fruit is now. Over the summer high sugar season, (fat storing and making season) your body switched to your body "running on burning sugar operation." Your body totally ran on sugar and when low your body was driven and you became ravenously hungry for anything sweet, eating anything and everything around the clock. Your body allowed NO FAT BURNING when in sugar operational mode, this was fat storing season. Whether you made it thru the coming winter was dependant on how well this operated in getting you to put on a few pounds over the summer.In the fall animals were fat again, and the fruit and vegetables went with the first frost. You automatically switched back to to running on fat, sugar only emergency augmentation from your liver storage for bursts etc. Now you understand the problem...... Your body thinks its spring, your diet went to low fat (ancestors diet animals had no fat in spring) and high sugar plants popped up,. You are STUCK in sugar operational mode. ( body signaled by low fat and very high sugar input)You make and store every bit of extra sugar as fat, and burn none in this mode. When low on sugar you do not burn fat, you become ravenously hungry for something sweet and you eat every bit you can get your hands on. (sound familiar?) 1. Problem Number one.... You are stuck in sugar operational mode.....when you were designed for fat operational. Unlike your ancestors who switched back automatically in the fall, you are now sugar operational year around. Fat making, storing and body operating on sugar makes you ravenously hungry for something sweet. Any extra automatically converted to fat, part of your survival mechanism inherited. You can starve yourself and still not burn fat because you are in fat STORAGE SEASON. SOLUTION....SWITCH your body to fat burning year around. the rest of your life.Simple, switch your diet to all the high (natural) fat you can find, and no sugar, only vegetables. (no potatoes etc) (they are too high in sugar.) and little (sparingly) or no fruit. No processed or refined food, nothing with labels. 2. Problem two. You have been eating food for years that is refined and high sugar content. Usually 85% sugar, 15% fiber. Causes high blood sugar peaks. Your model body was NOT MADE to handle this or operate year around on sugar. These peaks cause your cells to drown in sugar and your blood becomes too syrupy to get where it needs to go, so your body has been producing high insulin to get rid of this in time to save you from damage. This eventually is not feasible anymore, and you have diabetes and/or your high insulin (fat making hormone) has caused so much fat to be deposited you have a weight problem or both.This is all because you have been getting away with burning a fuel you were never designed for. There are logical explanations why you can no longer get away with it, but we, like the coughing smoker won’t go into that. If like the coughing smoker, you think taking prescriptions are going to solve your problem, and you can just keep eating what you have always eaten, only a little less, you best deal with reality. Diabetes and obesity are both a result of high sugar peaks and are only warnings that you have serious problem that needs dealing with immediately.Your body will return to normal weight, your blood levels will return to normal range and you will have remarkable health improvements as your body does what it was designed to do....make you a survivor.
