Diabetes Is Not Will I, The Question Is (like a smoker) When.

Something you earn, Accumulate Enough Damage, You Got It

Not something you catch or "get", diabetes is an equal opportunity illness and has to be earned.

To understand diabetes as accumulated body damage you have to compare your situation with a smoker.

One pack of cigarettes or smoking one year, likely neither kill you. However, if you start at 15, and smoke heavily for 50 years you likely will have accumulated by 65 about all your body can take. (plus or minus a few years) You may have some warning, developing a cough along the way.

By this length of time you have accumulated (earned) enough body damage, no longer compensate, and your health collapses. Likely anything you do now is "too late". (slim hope) You are toast.

We are making a direct comparison with what is happening to you with diabetes.
They may have had tobacco fund drives for years, ( been a waste of time and money also) for research to find a cure for accumulated "smoking damage so you can keep right on smoking and then "fix your body" when it gets to the accumulated no longer handle it, problem stage.

Lots of hooked smokers would contribute to this research drive, because thats their fate, they cannot quit. Save me from myself.

Diabetics and yet to be (in development stages) diabetics are in exactly the same position.
You are hooked on and believe you are restricted to an "everybody does it" western diet that is "all you can afford".

.........and it must be okay, because I have been "getting by" with it for 50 years. Worked for me...you say.. I like what I have been eating, and I dont want to give up any of it now.....

Meanwhile our friendly smoker is puffing away....enjoying one before dinner.
The alcoholic, the smoker and the modern day foodaholic, all have the same problem. They know it would be a good idea to change behavior but it probably isn't going to happen. Their hooked, and resolutely want to continue what pleasurable actions they have always done.

We explain in other articles simplified, how your body was never designed to handle smoking or eating the modern diet.

How and what your body compensates for just so long a period. The damage is added to each day.

When that accumulated total damage is maxed out your body can not be repaired.

In diabetes two things happen initially and when you get past 40 a new situation compounds it. You start losing the sugar absorbing muscle mass.

Your cells can drown in high blood sugar so to speak so your body builds over the years the necessarily higher and higher. High insulin levels to force muscle glucose acceptance despite more and more reluctance (gradual build up of resistance) on your muscle cells to take up some of this flood.

Your pancreas gets overworked and eventually cuts down production or even outright quits, often from being driven to high levels by medication, these all tied together.

Further damage can be stopped if you take total steps to stop overwhelming your body with artificially induced high sugar levels.

It should be total and put into effect immediately.

Remember, further damage is NOT reversible.

You need to be made aware here, it is not something wrong with you, you were never made to handle smoking nor were you made to handle the modern diet.

The fix as it is.... is for smoking connected health problems, "stop all smoking" immediately.
For diabetes and degenerative diseases such as cancer, stroke, Alzheimers, heart attacks, etc. the solution is similar. Immediately stop the diet 100% that is causing the problem.

The Explanation and the menu are both simple.

No lists, you can remember the very simple principals from your ancestors and that makes your own yardstick, as to what you eat or do not eat the rest of your life.
