Diabetes Is Body Damage You Accumulate Over A Lifetime

Over time, modern food (too fast) flooding blood with sugar and starch,
accumulates (mostly undoable) body damage which usually takes a life
time to show up. (adult onset diabetes).
First symptoms you notice
are extreme thirst, dry itchy skin, tingling in the hands and feet,
increased urination, increased hunger and blurry vision.
First off, diabetes leads to poor circulation, resulting in nerve
damage, blindness, amputations, heart disease, stroke, kidney failure,
dialysis and death.
The Medical world deals with this by prescribing medications, most
with bad side effects, some diabetes drugs very harmful or even deadly
as Avandia turned out to be. Most have to be taken for life and lose
their effectiveness as more damage accumulates over time. They then
increase doses and/or other drugs added to the original prescription.
Complications associated with type 2 diabetes, increase and insulin
shots added for control with continued decline when continued on the
usual lifestyle.
Diabetes is a disease you can learn, with some effort, to control
yourself with no medication and lead a normal and extended life. It
requires major life style changes immediately to stop further damage
progression.
It is the only viable alternative to the pill popping and continued slow
decline. despite the medical society 'fund raising" drives promising a
cure "just around the corner" for sixty years.
