The dark skinned population are winding up with much higher rate of
Diabetes and some other problems related to shortage of vitamin D.
Vitamin D is short in 85% of diabetics and is likely drastically short
in dark skinned folks who require twice as much sun exposure to
manufacture the same amount of vitamin D from the skin exposure to sun.
This may point out once more how crucial vitamin D is and it should be
pointed out is not a vitamin at all , turns out to be a body regulating
hormone. You are like a plant, without sunshine you wither and
die.
You can not hide in a cave or the same thing will happen to your that
happens to the plant in a cave.
It should be noted that recent explanations are vitamin D is manufactured

are out. You do get benefits thru clouds.
Most beneficial time is high noon. If you are limited in time,
make it high noon.
Like the plant, if you do not do this, you will likely wither up and die
sooner then need be. Dark skin people be especially aware of this
step.
