Damage Level Control Determines Your Life Expectancy

When you eat foods that cause sugar spikes in digestion, what you are
doing is you are automatically
raising the insulin level -- the most pro-inflammatory hormone in the
body.
You probably know by now, they are finally starting to realize, it
is the inflammation, your body attacks on substances and inadvertently
on it self. that causes most modern day health problems.
If you can stop this silent inflammation from going to you, you
correct most of your health problems.
Mans natural diet was high fiber or high protein and fat, all of
which make for slow digestion and release into the blood stream. With
high glycemic, fast release with fast digestion, your body has to
produce huge amounts of insulin to try to quickly dispose of the high
blood sugar to prevent damage.
If you are very muscular and have large muscle mass your body needs
produce a rather small amount of insulin which will force this large
supply of suddenly available sugar to be absorbed.
However, when this huge rush of sugar inputs is continued into an age
where the muscles have had years of this abuse and years to develop a
resistance to sugar, and you lose much of your youth muscle mass to
flab, then the body has to produce huge amounts of insulin to force any
remaining muscles to absorb the surplus blood sugar and it is this
resulting HIGH insulin that does you damage.
You are over and over, told about the damage from high blood sugar
itself (thickening up the blood supply etc) doing damage called
complications, such as neuropathy, kidney damage etc.
Odds are however, it will be the high insulin damage that results in
your death.
One solution is to develop new muscles, not yet developed a resistance
to insulin. These are new, built by 'strength training":
muscles to absorb and store extra sugar.
Insulin is the body's fat making hormone and when present
automatically stops our cells from burning triglycerides (fats in the
blood stream) and the LDL that transports them gets oxidized and becomes
plaque in our arteries.
So by replacing the traditional down thru the centuries diet of
saturated fats with refined carbohydrates, you raise insulin and
triglyceride levels -- and both of these raise heart disease risk.
This is exactly what has happened with the low fat craze, replaced slow
digesting fats with sugar rush, additions added to make the flavor
tolerable again.
When you do tests on your progress, you need to know BOTH of these
levels including, the rarely ordered but most important to monitor, your
on going insulin level.
Triglyceride (blood fat) levels are important and you need to be sure
these are at acceptable levels. far more important then cholesterol
levels on predicting your fate.
