A Diabetic/and or obese person, Runs High Insulin Levels In the blood stream Because a diabetics/or obese person. muscle cells no longer respond adequately to normal levels of insulin, that regulate the amount of blood sugar level in the blood stream.
When there are dangerously high levels of blood sugar and the muscle cells fail to absorb the peaks or they fail to respond adequately the body tries to raise the level of insulin ever higher to force muscle cells to absorb the excess sugar.
When absorbing or disposing of the sugar peaks fails to keep up, and the levels run into noticeable body damage, then it is recognized and called diabetes/and or obesity.
These damages from high blood sugar show up with something very obvious for the first apparent time, even though they may have been around for years.
Sometimes damage from high insulin levels become apparent first, such as a heart attack etc. and you die never knowing you were a diabetic.
Insulin is the hormone that controls levels of blood sugar in the blood stream. It normally convinces resting muscle cells to store and moderate excessive body damaging sugar peaks;
The muscle cells become fewer as you age, one per cent drop in muscle mass per year after forty (40). (or from couch potato status) The cells also build up a resistance over the years to insulin and this is called "accumulating" Insulin resistance.
Therefore in trying to force a response your body over the years has had to raise higher and higher amounts of insulin.
Eventually no matter how much insulin you can produce, your cells are not responding adequately to whatever insulin levels your body is producing.
The Production of Extremely high Insulin has these affects:- Constricts arteries to cause heart attacks,
- Stimulates your brain and liver to make you hungry.
- Is the body’s only FAT MAKING hormone and is a signal to cells to expand fat cells and take up this high blood sugar.

- Insulin resistance syndrome (IRS) resulting high insulin level puts you at very high risk for a heart attack.

One form of nerve damage to your heart can be fatal but odds are these are just going to make you an early invalid.
The real killer of diabetics they do not tell you about is the High INSULIN LEVELS. associated with your bodies attempts to control the high blood glucose (blood sugar) levels, obesity is part of these attempts.
In fact some of the medications they give you, to help you gain control of your blood sugar levels (despite already usually making four times normal insulin) drugs try to force your pancreas to make even higher insulin then your previous max.
Most diabetic doctors are not even interested in knowing or testing to determine if you are already running dangerously high insulin levels. You will have to insist in most cases that your insulin level be determined along with your
A1c test to determine your average blood glucose level.
The lesson today, is that your sugar level peaks need to be lowered, not only to keep from body damage from high glucose,
(too thick blood syrup not getting where needed etc) but to keep your body from producing, or being forced to produce HIGH INSULIN LEVELS which is the real damaging killer, of diabetics. (premature demise).
Controlling Insulin levels is a direct result of
not producing sugar peaks requiring high insulin to attempt to control glucose levels.
