 9 Simple Fixes For Diabetics

Each May Beat Your Prescription.

With Out The Side Affects

Putting lots of butter on your veggies and lots of Flaxseed oil, Chia, Olive Oil, Or even a highly saturated natural fat like Coconut Oil on your salad makes your body able to absorb the benefits and at the same time makes your meal less fattening...
Yes, the latest studies confirm it's true and if you stop and understand what is actually going on here it all makes a lot of sense...
One study shows that it is true, without essential fats, the beneficial nutrients in your salad and other veggies, they are all pushing you to eat, are not processed. That with no fat salad dressing, almost none of the beneficial nutrients wound up in your blood stream and with low fat only about half.

Now, as far as fat being high calories just remember it takes your body adding the fat making hormone insulin before your body itself adds fat cells.

Because carbs etc really don't count until they hit your bloodstream! You see, the faster your body absorbs a food, the more the carbs in it (sugars) spikes your blood sugar...

The higher your blood sugar spikes, the more insulin "Fat Making Hormone" you secrete... And the more of this Fat Making Hormone, Insulin you secrete, the more weight you gain.

So the real key to not gaining and even losing weight is all in your slowing down the absorption process.
'Slow down' almost any food enough and you can actually lose weight by eating it.

We tell you that you have been wasting your time counting carbs.

Invest your time instead in looking for and learning which foods have a low glycemic load. That's just a term that rates how fast a food gets absorbed and how fast it raises your blood sugar.

They call it lowering your glycemic load, and the lower you can keep it the better. Adding anything high fiber, even outside just for this purpose extra fiber. All the fiber you can add to any food you are consuming, will really slows down the digestion process and the slowing of sugar release and absorption..

So whenever you can, eat whole natural foods, (non processed) add high fiber to our diet.. You've probably heard and have been reading a lot of that type of advice already... but we think it helps to get you on track if you understand why. But here's the nifty little trick we call "blending".
You can also lower a food's glycemic load by combining it with a different slow digesting food.
For example, you can lower the glycemic load of a food by adding the 'good fats' found in butter, olive oil, flaxseed oil, chia and cocoanut oil..

Just add any fat such as butter (we recommend highly you use grass fed butter, another story on why it reverses fat, but any butter applies here) and presto - it's less fattening.

Now I am going to show you many more incredibly simple and most almost free, ways to lower your glycemic load (diabetes damaging high blood sugar and fat making high insulin) without starving or giving up anything.

Low Glycemic Means Lower Sugar Peaks, (Low Blood Sugar and Insulin Levels) No Diabetic Damage and NO FAT MAKING

Low Glycemic Secret #1:

  • Eat slowly, that's easy you say to do once. But you have to get this to where it becomes automatic and a habit. Hereafter, you make it an every meal habit to deliberately eat slow (half speed) (never rushed) and be the last one to finish every time. Example, allow yourself to read the paper etc while eating, whatever to make it slow and relaxing...just because others rush thru does not mean you do. Remember, it is now not only your responsibility to choose wisely what you eat, but also you are now responsible for how (speed) you eat. This little trick all by itself if done right and every meal can cut your blood sugar peaks in half and beat out most prescriptions. This has been demonstrated and proven in studies.
Low Glycemic Secret #2:
  • Eat often, many small meals and never go hungry again. The very idea of 3 meals a day and stuffing yourself at specified times, did not even start until the industrial age.

Eat something whenever you are hungry. Examples, Carry Walnuts, Almonds, Boiled Eggs, (our favorite, homemade Easy to carry Pemmican,) Just a handful of most of these etc are very filling. Grab a chicken leg out of the fridge. Just take the edge off your appetite. Get to where you never go hungry, and to where you never stuff yourself or eat to really full because you know if you get even slightly hungry again you satisfy it.

Low Glycemic Secret #3:

Grandma knew this little trick that beats out modern medicine side affects. Grandma knew to serve desert, (the high glycemic food) last after a full meal.

Never eat anything that is very high on the glycemic scale. (watermelon for example is higher then sugar) alone, with out other foods to slow it.

If you eat a lot of meat, fats, and fiber foods like veggies, and then eat smaller amounts of the higher glycemic foods very last, you will have slowed the digesting down to cut way down any sugar peaks.

Low Glycemic Secret #4:
  • Never drink anything but water. Stop drinking any food.
This will be the hardest self control change, (habit) you will have to handle but will do more to control your blood sugar and weight gain, diabetes damage etc then just about any other simple thing you can do.
This major change on your blood sugar levels will be totally free, and in fact will likely save you a lot of money.
In fact you will likely save so much that even if you buy more expensive grass fed meats, butter etc. your total food bill at the end of the month with stopping drinking food will likely be far less total.
Low Glycemic Secret #5:
  • Blending, Studies show that taking a tablespoon of Metamucil (pysillium) (we suggest sugar free brands, Metamucil contains sugar) before meals lowers your blood sugar about 20%. This is just one example or part of the "add in fiber" trick, to slow down digestion.
Man's diet over the centuries was fibrous foods that took a long time to digest and very long slow sugar release.
Now you are eating daily high refined fast release sugar and starch foods you were never designed to handle. The high insulin is the bodies self defense to keep from drowning in high blood sugar,

Man's diet over the centuries was fibrous foods that took a long time to digest and very long slow sugar release.

To succeed at losing weight or controlling blood sugar (lost automatic control) as a diabetic you must be able to add something to dilute the high sugar conversion (high glycemic) when you are stuck with it as sole source of food available.

(We told you to always carry nuts, boiled eggs etc as emergency stand by food) but know it still happens, socially etc you are stuck.

Solution: Carry in your pocket or purse, a small salt shaker type (we suggest a former cinnamon shaker) full of commercially available fiber such as "Bennefibre" etc at the drugstore, or make your own, (very cheap that way) see our recipe elsewhere. Shake a bunch on your "needs help" too high glycemic food.

If anyone says anything, just say I have a little digestion problem and this enzyme helps.
