Like the smoker who Knows it is killing him but can not quit, keeps smoking anyway. You go to the medical society seeking prescriptions and over the counter drugs (man made chemicals) to counteract the results, of your diet, hoping it will make it possible for you to keep right on doing what is causing the problem.

You develop all sorts of symptoms and problems, and they all tell you it is just part of getting old. These symptoms are your body telling you, like the smoker coughing, is that damage has accumulated to where your body can not readily handle it any more.

You and the smoker are having a contest, how long are you both going to be able to get away with doing what you have been doing that you likely have been told (by a few) is killing us....
How much can the cut and drug society do to help us keep doing it? If we pay them enough money, and my insurance company helps out, surely we must be able to keep doing this input and keep it our favorite goodies, for quite a little (or like the smoker, keep puffing) a while longer.....

You are right.....you probably both can get "get away with it" for quite a while longer, but the damage you earn, does not necessarily manifest it self gradually like diabetes, it can end your life suddenly. (fixes wont help) Or like that smoker that accumulates lung cancer, there is no going back.

You will say I wish I would have made some changes while I still could.....

or....Your survivors will say too bad they didn't make some changes in what was causing it....

Or like Alzheimer’s, come on gradually, accumulative, no return. It is like mental diabetes, is in fact related. It accumulates and about all you can do, once you earn it, is slow it, and you are like the smoker, I should have changed my actions while I still was in time, never wanted to wind up a vegetable.

We invite you to go thru all the information we went thru, and think you will make the same decision. The way to fix the problem is very simple. STOP doing what is causing it.

Others make fortunes treating your symptoms. They hope you are sold on what you have been eating and keep doing it and keep having symptoms and they will be happy to keep helping you keep them. They spend lots of money convincing you to keep doing what your doing and that it is absolutely the right thing to keep doing.......
........because they like your money, it has been working good for their bank account with most people....few have the courage to change.
