Grass raised meats and eggs contain CLA, a natural substance that helps
you not gain weight, resist cancer etc. It is almost totally missing in
factory corn fed meat production, often at 1/20th the natural levels.
Biggest difference is in Omega 3 fats and Omega 6. Corn fed confinement
meat and eggs contain very little Omega 3 fats. (see our graphs on how
it falls off to almost zero in 120 days of confinement feeding of corn.
Omega 3 fats are found at high levels in range raised eggs
and meat, and there is a huge difference.
Health experts try to tell you to eat salmon etc because you are
short of Omega 3 fats.
They do NOT tell you that nature
normally supplies it in the right quantities and proportions. They do not
tell you why you have a problem in the USA and how serious it is,
actually likely until this, you have had no clue.
Your body was never made to handle the huge discrepancy in Omega 6 to
Omega 3 ratios. This LIES AT THE ROOT OF MUCH OF US HEALTH problems, the confinement meat and eggs now almost NO Omega 3
which should be in almost equal ratio as Omega six.
The corn itself, subsidized to so cheap (almost the same price it
was 50 years ago,) that they make manufactured oils and sugar out of corn
etc that do not exist in nature. These "manufactured" man made foods,
should have never been allowed for human consumption, example, high
fructose corn syrup and corn oil, margarines etc.
They are the direct result of petroleum generated cheap
nitrogen fertilizer and the US Government farm
subidies..
This is not a very complete explanation as to why we say it is
absolutely essential you switch to grass grown butter, meat eggs
etc.
This was written to help you too, to better understand what has happened
primarily to the American food supply and what you can do about it from
a personal level to compensate and survive
Oil is used for and has allowed for the mass production of
pharmaceutical drugs,
The Peak of Oil production now occurring, with it eventually dropping,
the price of food will skyrocket because the cost of the fertilizer will
soar as oil becomes in short supply.
What most Americans do not realize is it takes 3 barrels of oil to
produce the nitrogen to raise the corn to make 4 barrels of ethanol.
Since it gets less mileage, it is almost no gain at all. It is pure myth
to raise fuel by making ethanol from corn. A political boondoggle.
The cost of storing (electricity) (refrigeration etc) and transporting
(diesel) the food that is produced, and now almost all from manufactured
nitrogen, plus fertilizer, pesticides and herbicides, will continue to
soar and there will be more and more wars and catastrophes as a result
of petroleum becoming in short supply.
