Each year these crops, hybrid to plants that are oriented more and more
to producing huge quantities, no concern for nutrition content
whatsoever and are grown on these same, now non crop rotated fields.
Result the crops are shorter of and far lower in content each year of
essential "man needed" nutrients.
They are literally forcing plants to grow despite being without the
nutrients normally available and necessary..
Plants are unnaturally forced to grow and produce sensational crops by
the huge spike of manufactured "from petroleum" nitrogen, which seems
to be unlimited.
The crops are produced in such quantity and every bit of land available
to grow year after year, the big money crop, corn.
These are a AG "surplus" and the government officials who need the farm
vote have subsidized corn production at around $2 a bushel.
In
addition, now the politics in the farm belt means they must be for
subsidizing heavily the use of corn to make alcohol.
These surplus nitrogen steroid affect driven crops (mainly corn) are
then force fed (because it is cheaper (because of government subsidy,)
(then the traditional range feeding them) in "animal "factory "
essentially "cruelty" confinement to animals that have no access to
natural minerals or nutrients. If the nutrients are not in the feed
grain, no other access because these animals are raised in their own
excrement manure up to their knees, twenty four hours a day, Stuffed
with antibiotics to keep them alive in these conditions.
I repeat, .....They have no pasture access and have NO means
to gain access to missing nutrients. They are missing them; down the
food chain YOU will be missing them.
The animal wastes are not returned to the soil in the normal manner and
is kept in huge lagoons at these confined cruelty animal factories.
This has become a problem in areas involved that this has become a
huge problem in polluting ground water supplies.
It used to be every farm had many animals (chickens, pigs, milk cows,
beef cattle, sheep etc,) and you did see a few even 20 years ago. Now,
almost zero. Barns, silos, hog and chicken houses sit empty over the
entire farm belt.
Now nearly 100% of US meat, eggs and poultry are produced (because of
the US Government cheap corn) (result only in US because of subsidy) in
confinement animal cruelty factories where many animals are never allowed
to move more then six feet in their life time, are never in the light or
sun, and have no exercise.
Are stressed out their entire
existence.
They are force fed government surplus corn that is not on their natural
diet or body acceptance, but fed along with it chemicals to keep them
alive, on this diet, and as mentioned huge quantities of antibiotics to
keep them from dying from confinement filth.
This development in the change of our meat supply is now near total
in US. The meat is forced grown with hormones in half the usual time and
is a health disaster disguised as juicer, fatter and top of the line.
This money making meat system is spreading to other countries, not as
fast because of lack of corn subsidy.
The only thing included in feed given to them, is what will force their
growth in half the normal time. Chickens raised in confinement and force
fed now reported weighing in carrying twice the fat they did just 30
years ago.
Animals are literally forced to grow rapidly by being confined with
little or no movement, and fed huge spikes of manufactured hormones and
chemicals.
